Ben’s approach to teaching golf is holistic and involves more than just hitting golf balls on a range. Ben addresses both the technical as well as the psychological side of golf. Ben is approachable, sincere, honest and has patience, yet he does not beat about the bush. Many a day have I driven to Boschenmeer tired after work and Ben just has a way of injecting energy with his teaching. After each lesson I felt boosted. The golf stories he tells are amazing and always told to make a point about an aspect of one’s own golf. He has become a friend! Ben can pull principles of the game of golf through to issues away from the golf course to great effect and so he has also become a mentor in my life in general. I also feel obliged to say that I have watched him teaching children and saw yet more of Ben’s wisdom: He will not push a child in an unhealthy way and will discourage unhealthy pressure on children, all while teaching them the correct technical way. He encourages them to enjoy the game…and that is the lesson for all of us: Enjoying the game of golf.

Srixon Demo Day
Last week’s demo day with Srixon Golf was a phenomenal success with a great day had by all. We are looking forward to similar days like this one in the future where we are not just having fun, but helping golfers improve their game!
